SJU junior Jake Braun is in the process of signing a record deal with Trellis Records, a London-based record label. This deal became a reality for Braun after playing an open mic night at Blueberry Bar in London on January 18, while studying abroad. (more…)

It plays like a movie—you are there but you can’t interact with the people and you can’t control what happens. What would you do about it?

Cribbage is a game of skill, luck, friends and beer. It’s also a game that brings together Bennies and Johnnies of all ages at the annual Twin Cities BoDiddley Classic Cribbage Tournament.
This year’s tournament will take place from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 25 at Jax Café in Minneapolis. It will be the 43rd annual tournament. (more…)

There are over 70 areas of study offered at CSB/SJU but some students find that their interests and aspirations don’t perfectly fit within those bounds.
There are currently 35 students—20 at CSB, 15 at SJU—studying within individualized majors. This means students create a four-year plan for themselves choosing from an array of courses offered at CSB/SJU in order to achieve their intended area of study. (more…)
